UPDATE ON REVIEW

It was refreshing to read about the raw food diet and have the author give both sides of the story, instead of just promoting the diet. I had been thinking about trying the diet and this book gave me the facts so I could decide on my own. I did decide to try the diet and I am looking forward to seeing the results. this is as must buy for anyone considering the raw food diet!!!!!!!

Informative and Balanced - Loved the Book

I was first exposed to Ken Tyler's dietary philosophies decades ago while working on Botany and Zoology degrees. Those principles have guided me for many years. I am very pleased to see him share those principles in a book. In a sense, Ken Tyler shows that the raw food diet is a refinement of some to the top-rated diets, adding concepts that make those diets even better. Diets can be very difficult for some people to follow. Ken Tyler has always had the sensible philosophy that incorporates human weakness into his diet regimen. Although not a technical guide, I still learned some great nuggets of helpful scientific information.

Eating for a lifetime

When selecting a plan for eating, always consider the three most important factors. 1) Ease of use. 2) Noticeable benefits in your health 3) Usage for a lifetime. I'm here to tell you that Ken not only has pin pointed these factors but he is living proof of its effectiveness. After incorporating several concepts from this book, I was amazed at the increase in energy, positive outlook, and improved physical and mental stamina. All I can say is bravo Ken and thank you for such an insightful read!
